APPOINTMENTS

Please note that we are currently only seeing patients by appointment and not accepting any walk-in patients. Appointments can be booked in person, over the phone, or through our patient portal for patients who are registered with our clinic. Our telephone hours for booking appointments is
Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.

Regular appointment are 15 minutes, to address patients main concern. Secondary issues will be addressed if time permits; otherwise follow up appointment will be offered as soon as possible. Patients should inform reception when they book their appointment if they require extra time for counseling or stress management so that more time can be scheduled. A follow up appointment is not a dismissal of your concerns, but to ensure an appropriately thorough assessment for the issue is provided.

At this time, we have both in person office appointments and telehealth phone appointments available. If you are feeling unwell, we encourage you to let us know prior to coming in for your in-person appointment. Similarly, if you have tested positive for COVID-19 and have an in-person appointment scheduled, please contact us to either reschedule your in-person appointment or to change it to a telehealth appointment.

Appointments with our specialist are booked through referrals only. All referrals can be faxed to our office. Once your referral has been reviewed by our specialist, our office will contact you with an appointment as soon as possible. Referral and intake forms can be found on our forms page.
